I've seen it, time and time again, people striving for their dream life. Up early, work long hours, take on a second job, study hard, look after their families after long days, put their careers first, cancel vacations to attend to work and so on. Yet there is a better way to get the dream life that you really want, or rather, the dream life that you really need. And it all starts with your thinking.
Think about the life you have always wanted. Close your eyes and imagine what it would feel like to be there right now. Conjure up the sounds that you might hear in the place that you are dreaming of, and think about the things you'd see there, too.
When you've enjoyed seeing a vision, come back to the room but this time, rather than going back to your current life, know that the life you have dreamed of is within your reach. Trust me, it's possible. I'm not saying it won't be hard work, but you can get there.
Most people aren't born with a perfect life (and even if it appears they are, look beneath the surface and the cracks will soon appear) so working for a dream life is the norm. And if you spend your energy in the right way, with the right focus, you can get whatever you want.
