Turn "I can't" into "I already have"
Our speech and thoughts are littered with presuppositions that help shape our lives. Listen out for people you meet over the next few days and hear the barriers they put up for themselves. "I wish I could do this" or "I can't do that" are good examples. Maybe you say these things yourself.
If you walk around telling yourself and others that you can't do something, then you'll believe that and so will other people. If you start by believing in yourself and thinking through what you can do, you'll do a lot better and you'll feel a lot better.
